UPFRONT INVESTMENT – To become a franchisee, you’ll need to pay an upfront investment of $73,500+ GST. This covers the material needed to get going and gives you access to our local and international support network, which you will be able to lean on as long as your business is up and running.
FRANCHISE SETUP – You will pay only $73,500+ GST to open your new franchise – and you won’t need any inventory or office space– provided you have all the tools needed to operate an office environment wherever you are. You also won’t need any assistance and can do it all yourself. Most of our franchisees find that they have more than enough time to run their business without help and still live a balanced and happy life.
MONTHLY FEES – The only month-to-month fees you will pay are Royalty fees, Technology fees, and Marketing fees. And each of these goes toward services and assets that you would pay much more for if you paid for them yourself.
You will need to contribute a minimum of $400 in monthly commissions from your sales toward royalties. A monthly fee of $200 will go toward the software you use on a day-to-day basis. This Total Online Marketing System (TOMS) and commercial buyer/seller database allows you to share, view, and upload listings as well as market businesses and franchises for sale in Australia across the internet. By paying to keep this software updated, you are ensuring that your business remains simple to run.
Your marketing fee will cover promotions and the creation of a website and social media accounts. When you think about how much this would cost to set up and maintain alone, you’re getting a bargain by contributing only $200 a month.
TRAINING INCLUDED IN YOUR UPFRONT INVESTMENT
All business brokers in Australia are required to have licenses. To obtain one, you need to attend the necessary training classes and meet the requirements. All the training fees are included in your investment.
Transworld Business Advisors franchisees receive two weeks of training and ongoing support to develop your understanding of the industry specifics and company processes. Franchisees are not required to have experience in the industry in addition to the license and certification, but some degree of experience will give you an advantage.
